This year’s Jazz Fest will celebrate Puerto Rico with “colorful artist demonstrations, live music and dance showcases, parades, cultural displays, photo exhibits and authentic cuisine.
The 2023 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has unveiled a lineup that includes Dead & Co., Ed Sheeran, Lizzo, Mumford & Sons, Santana, Jill Scott, the Tedeschi Trucks Band and scores of other noteworthy acts.
The festival takes place April 28-30 and May 4-7 at the Fair Grounds Race Course. VIP and general admission weekend passes are on sale now at. Early-bird prices start with $225 GA weekend passes for April 28-30 and $275 for May 4-7. Krewe of Jazz Fest VIP passes are $850 and $925 for the first and second weekends, respectively. Grand Marshal VIP passes are $1,600 and $1,750, and Big Chief VIP passes are $1,700 and $1,850. On-site parking is available at additional cost. Single-day tickets are not yet available but will go on sale “in coming weeks,” according to information released Friday.
Puerto Rican bomba, plena, salsa and reggaeton rhythms will echo across the Festival grounds on various stages, and inside the Cultural Exchange Pavilion. New this year, the Cultural Exchange Village comes to life outside the performance tent with artist demonstrations, daily parades and sampling of traditional Puerto Rican dishes.”
