Women of the Movementsays the women-driven series will center around Till-Mobley reliving the horror of her son's 1955 Mississippi lynching and arrive in the form of an eight-episode first season, which will loosely be based
on Devery S. Anderson's book An Emmett Till biopic was also in the works with Taraji P. Henson set to play Mamie Till-Mobley, but with director John Singleton's death earlier this year, production on the silver-screen flick has been halted.
