Ohio State has its third first-round wide receiver in two years as the Seattle Seahawks draft Jaxon Smith-Njigba with the No. 20 overall pick.
Smith-Njigba was the first wide receiver selected in the 2023 NFL draft. He’s the third Buckeye taken in the 2023 NFL draft, joining quarterback C.J. Stroud and offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. .
JSN is Ohio State’s third first-round wide receiver in a two-year span even though he caught just five passes for 43 yards in 2022 due to a hamstring injury that sidelined him for nearly the entire season.
