Jax Taylor opened up for the first time about his stay at an in-patient treatment facility after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder
Jax Taylor's time at an in-patient treatment facility helped him learn more about his mental health — and now he's opening up about the ups and downs of treatment.
Taylor shared how he would wake up and have 'four to five eggs' for breakfast before eating one oatmeal with his medication. He would then go to the gym before returning for his therapy sessions.'Just because I went to the facility for 30 days definitely doesn't mean I'm coming out cured or changed by any means. Although I wish it did work that way, I will not. I'm a work in progress,' he explained before noting how apprehensive he was to leave treatment.
