Summary Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles have not shared the screen since Supernatural ended in 2020 , and although they're set to reunite in The Boys, the two actors have another opportunity to work together beforehand. The CW series features Padalecki and Ackles playing two brothers — Sam and Dean — who went on to become one of the most iconic sibling duos on TV.
Supernatural premiered in September 2005 and lasted for 15 seasons and 327 episodes, making it the longest-running TV series in the history of the CW. Over the course of its run, Padalecki and Ackles remained the fantasy mystery's stars, which is quite impressive given its duration and cemented them as such a memorable onscreen duo. Thankfully, they will work together again when Padalecki portrays a character in The Boys.
Although their two characters are seemingly very different, Padalecki and Ackles could cross paths soon since Tracker and Fire Country are both on CBS.
