JAR Senior Club (JSC), the first senior club in San Diego dedicated to bringing together seniors and local community resources at no cost to individuals 64 years old and older, will host the 3rd annual JSC Wellness Event during Long-Term Care Awareness Month on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at 2340 East 8th St.

Admission is free to all seniors and community members. JSC expects to draw over 200 attendees.
“The holiday season can sometimes bring feelings of sadness, especially for older adults who may reflect on how quickly time has passed or feel the absence of loved ones more deeply during this time of year,” said JSC Founder Angel Ogapong.
