Corrie star Jane Danson throws support behind husband as he's set to make Emmerdale return next week
Jane Danson has thrown support behind her husband as he's set to return to Emmerdale for the first time in 24 years next week.
Taking to Instagram, Jane penned a sweet birthday tribute for her husband as she wished him luck on his Emmerdale return. Alongside an photo of the happy couple, Jane penned: "Happy birthday my love @robertbeck529. And congratulations on your @emmerdale return - i owe Emmerdale a lot -24 years of us - i love you darling.
Robert will return to the Dales as a completely different character to his original stint where he played womaniser Gavin Ferris. Gavin was the boyfriend of Bernice Blackstock, played by Samantha Giles, for a while and worked in The Woolpack. Following Nate convincing his uncle Caleb to give him a job with newcomer Corey, in scenes to air this week, things take a turn. Corey is an old friend of Nate's from school, and during Nate's financial worries, he's been given a secret offer next week.
