Although Curtis did not specify her reason for leaving the app, she has been vocal about her dislike for Trump, 78, over the years and Lemon cited the platform’s “new terms of service,” which take effect Friday. The fine print states that “all disputes” on X will now be “brought exclusively in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas or state courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.”
