James Maddison scored his first home goal for Tottenham as they cruised to a 2-0 lead at home to Fulham on Monday night.
The England star, who's settled in brilliantly since signing from Leicester, calmly slid the ball past the onrushing Bernd Leno on 54 minutes after Calvin Bassey's clearance was intercepted by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.Credit: GettySpurs' opener also came off the back of a Bassey error as his pass was met by Hojbjerg, who played the ball to Richarlison before captain Heung-min Son received it and beautifully curled into the top right-hand corner.
The strike on 36 minutes is Son's 50th at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with Mohamed Salah and Harry Kane netting more since the ground opened in April 2019.
