Gunn is known for interacting with fans on social media that are excited about what is to come in the DC Universe as he and Safran. The filmmaker explained the three reasons why he was taking a step back from clearing up all the rumors from fans: “1) Some people are making up lies to get attention from me or to get clicks & I don’t want to encourage that. 2) I’ve read a hundred rumors this morning. ONE of them is half-true.
