In a Facebook post on April 27, the late-night show host invited viewers to his first “Pet Gala,” a display of adorable pets in their glitziest “red carpet” ensembles.
Would-be participants were asked to submit photos of their pets dressed according to this year’s Met Gala theme, “In the new YouTube clip uploaded yesterday Corden is joined by special guest Brad Goreski, anred carpet host, who weighs in on all of the chic pet submissions, which included everything from dogs to guinea pigs. Some authentically paid homage to the theme, such as one adorable pup Lucy, who wore a headpiece featuring a giant clock on it.
