Arg said he hit 'rock bottom'
The Only Way is Essex star has admitted to his problems with addiction in the past and has now explained how he hit 'rock bottom' when he suffered two overdoses.
Speaking in a video interview with the Sun Online, Arg, 32, recalled how the emergency services had to knock down the door after he overdosed back in October 2019, which he had initially claimed was a 'misunderstanding'. "My family were banging on the door screaming, ‘Open up’ but I wasn’t answering the door to anyone. They feared I’d overdosed and was dead in the house.
Instagram Instagram He recalled to the publication how he was determined not to ruin the night because he wanted to be with his family and Gemma. "My biggest problem is my eating disorder. I have always struggled with it since my teens," he said last year.
