Lyon have accepted a £20 million bid for the 23-year-old Republic of Ireland international from the Premier League club.The centre-back joined the Ligue 1 club from Crystal Palace last year and went on to make 27 appearances in the French top flight, scoring four goals.
Republic of Ireland international O’Brien signed with Premier League side Crystal Palace in 2021 but did not make any appearances for the club.
