Members of the public were warned they could face jail if they interrupted proceedings at the inquest of Nicola Bulley
.
Even with the large space available in council chambers, interest in the hearing was such that entrance was only made available by requesting it in advance. A heightened security presence including Lancashire constabulary officers, police horse and private security guards was put in place and some members of the public who had not secured a place in advance were turned away.
