The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without their newly acquired defensive star, who has been placed on the Physically Unable to Perform list.

Just a couple of days later, the Jaguars leaped in and offered Armstead a three-year, $51 million contract, with $28 million guaranteed. The lingering knee injury that he faced in 2023 could be what is preventing him from starting training camp.Still, Armstead is one of the best defensive linemen in the game. Even with the injuries and limited playing time in 2023, he secured five sacks, 27 tackles, four tackles for loss, and 13 quarterback hits.
