The Jacksonville National Cemetery staff are currently seeking volunteers to assist with placing flags at gravesites in preparation for the traditional Memorial Day Observance.

Fla. — The Jacksonville National Cemetery staff are currently seeking school, military, veterans, church, corporate, civic-outreach and other groups of volunteers to assist with placing flags at gravesites in preparation for the traditional Memorial Day Observance.This event will be held Thur., May 25 at 3 p.m. Volunteers should arrive no later than 2:30 p.m. at the cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Fl., 32218 . There are approximately 18,000 to 20,000 U.S. flags to place.
