Justice Department Special counsel Jack Smith's evidence dossier in former President Donald Trump's election-fraud case has been made public.The dossier includes interviews conducted by the House select committee on the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, as well as transcripts of Trump's speech from that day. The majority of the dossier is still sealed or redacted.
'We need to get a document on the Wisconsin electors to you for the VP immediately,' the text reads. 'Is there a staff person I can talk to immediately. Thanks'Who sent and received the message is redacted.A few pages later in the appendix, there are more text messages, again with the sender and receivers redacted. One person, however, says that 'at a minimum you could read it into record. I am told he should have a sealed copy as well, but folks could not confirm it.
