EXCLUSIVE: Jack Fowler opens up on the ups and downs of reality fame
Love Island star Jack Fowler recently gave his fans a pleasant surprise as he released his first single, Back To Yours, where he revealed his singing talent to the public for the first time.
Speaking about his decision to keep his singing talent away from fans until the song’s release, he said: “I didn't really display it to anyone apart from close friends and family, especially after Love Island, just because I knew at some point this would be happening, I wasn't too sure when, but I knew it would happen and I wanted that surprise factor.”
“I’m not saying for a second I'm the polished artist because I'm far from it, I've got things to work on. “But, even then DMs, tweets, the phone calls and the texts I've been receiving – every single one has been positive. So, I can just honestly say I feel like it's been a success so far.” And it isn’t just the stereotypes of being a reality star that makes life in the business difficult, which is why Jack continues to check in on a number of his fellow former islanders from time to time.
