On Monday night, Ms Allan announced that fresh allegations had surfaced, forcing her to remove the former Member for South Barwon from the party entirely. The further disciplinary action came as a result of allegations of additional claims of"persistent, inappropriate behaviour in the workplace towards staff” the Premier revealed.
“Following these new allegations, it is now clear to me that there is no place for the Member for South Barwon in my government.""A short while ago, I received a call requesting my registration from the Parliamentary Labor Party. I have provided that registration," he said in a statement.
