Ohio Republican Senator J.D. Vance said this week that there would be some 'disappointment' if he is not picked as former President Donald Trump's Vice President.On Wednesday, Fox News' Fox & Friends co-host Lawrence Jones interviewed Vance and his wife, Usha Vance, where he asked about a number of different topics facing the nation, including the Ohio Senator being a possible running mate for Trump in the 2024 election.
Biden and Trump remain the presumptive nominees for their respective political parties.Trump has yet to officially announce a pick for his running mate in 2024 and he is likely to be named the Republican nominee later this summer at the Republican National Convention.On Sunday, NBC News' Jake Traylor reported on X, formerly Twitter, that Trump, told reporters he has made a decision on his Vice President but has not yet informed the pick about his selection.
