Ivanka would have been incredible as World Bank president, says Donald Trump
Washington - President Donald Trump considered nominating his eldest daughter, Ivanka Trump, to be president of the World Bank in part because "she's very good with numbers," according to a new interview published Friday.
"She's a natural diplomat," Trump said. "She would've been great at the United Nations, as an example." Trump added: "I even thought of Ivanka for the World Bank. . . . She would've been great at that because she's very good with numbers." In the Atlantic interview, the president also praised Ivanka Trump for possessing "a great calmness."
