FANS were all left shocked as Hugh Laurie made his first on-screen appearance in ITV's latest Agatha Christie drama Why Didn't They Ask Evans?drama has been brought to life by the actor as he directed the series and has now even made a cameo appearance.
He has directed the seriesThe programme follows Bobby Jones as he searches for answers after finding himself at the scene of a mysterious death.Just before he died, Alex said to Bobby: "Why didn't they ask Evans?," setting the stage for the rest of the show.decided to bring the Christie book to life after being a fan growing up and even decided to give himself the part of Dr James Nicholson, who made his first appearance in the second episode of the ITV drama.
