An ITV News star has quit after over two decades on screens ITV News presenter Sascha Williams has quit the channel after 21 years. The 44-year-old star is leaving her broadcasting roles behind after a career she described as ‘one heck of a ride’. Making the emotional announcement, Sascha joked about finally being able to geet some sleep. Taking to both X and Instagram, she penned: ‘After 21 years it’s time to bid farewell to ITV.
Her former ITV News colleague Jonathan Wills replied: ‘What a star! Such a pleasure to share the @itvanglia sofa with you Sascha… enjoy the deserved break from the alarm… and huge best wishes coming to you from the islands!
