Emmerdale's Paige Sandhu has left fans gobsmacked with her body transformation after leaving the ITV soap. The 27 year old, who played Meena Jutla on Emmerdale from 2020 to 2022, is set to appear as a princess in the upcoming British-Indian film Lioness. But it's not just her new role that's got fans talking - they've also noticed how fab she looks off-screen.
She shared the photo on Instagram and chatted about her fitness journey. Paige said: "I'm really, really enjoying this coaching programme with @lh_training that I've been doing for the past 2 months. I've honestly been surprised with how good and detailed online coaching could be. She then encouraged her fans to get involved: "If you want to get in the shape of your life in 2024 and have accountability, structure and guidance, message Lloyd 'Coaching' and mention that I sent you."
