Coronation Street Alina made her return to the cobbles this week with her son - and it’s fair to say viewers were left saying the same thing about the adorable toddler
Coronation Street viewers were left saying the same thing as Alina Pop’s baby was revealed on screen. Alina made her shock return to the soap this week. Alina first appeared on the cobbles in 2019 - and had two stints on the long-running show. She was last seen in September 2021, when the soon-to-be mother decided to head back to Romania. At the time, she told her then-boyfriend Tyrone Dobbs that she wasn’t actually pregnant.
And during Friday’s episode Tyrone’s mom Cassie got involved to get the truth out of Alina. In the taxi office, Cassie received a call from Alina to a cab to pick her and her son up. Cassie then jumped into the taxi to pick them up - but unbeknownst to Alina she was taking her to the cobbles. After realising where she was, Alina demanded Cassie to turn around - only to come face to face with a shocked Tyrone. With nowhere to run, Alina confessed to Tyrone that he was her son’s father.
