PAGASA also warned the public against rain-induced flash floods and landslides which may occur during severe thunderstorms. Meanwhile, forecast winds in the country will be light to moderate and will be accompanied by slight to moderate coastal water conditions.The sun will rise over Metro Manila on Friday at 5:28 a.m.
