We’re on Team Ice In Our Soup
, setting it to whir, and dinner's done. But even soups that take a little more cooking can be prepped ahead—then they're ready and waiting in your fridge the minute you get home.
But a recent conversation with my Epi teammate Anna revealed a cold soup innovation I hadn't thought of. She eats her cold soup on the rocks. I don't mean on the bluffs by the beach—though I'm sure that would be nice—I mean she adds ice to her soup to chill it even further.Often, Anna adds just a plain ice cube or two set in the middle of the bowl.
