"If the owner cannot implement a solution within 36 hours, I propose that we engage a contractor to demolish the building," Fabry said."Everybody’s complained, but nothing keeps happening," said Michelle, a village resident. "The raccoons are a big problem," she explained. "At night, you cannot come outside. We have to watch the kids because during the day, there have been a few rodents that have come out of there."Michelle fears the roof could collapse at any moment and the debris could hurt her family.
