WUHAN: Hubei Province, centre of the Covid-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, reported 366 new confirmed cases and 106 new deaths on Friday, the provincial health commission said on Saturday (Feb 22). However, the number of new cases are getting lower and more patients are being discharged from hospitals.

Wuhan, the provincial capital, reported 314 new confirmed cases and 90 new deaths on Friday. In total, the city has registered 45,660 confirmed cases and 1,774 deaths.
