Kurian made her comments Thursday night during a livestreamed interview hosted by District 5 City Councilwoman Teri Castillo to answer the community’s questions about the COVID virus, vaccines and protective measures recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Castillo said some people have asked why they should get vaccinated because they believe they may still potentially catch the virus after getting the shots. She asked Kurian what those people should know.
