Law enforcement agencies from across the county have been invited to participate.
The Bexar County Courthouse, Paul Elizondo Tower, Justice Center and other buildings will be closed for active-shooter training on Feb. 24.It’s not a question of if. It’s a question of when violence will strike the Bexar County Courthouse, officials said as they agreed to shut down the building for emergency training.
