Former LoveIsland contestant Rosie Williams shares how she prepared
With the latest series of Love Island underway, a new crop of contestants have entered the new Majorcan villa in an attempt to find love.
Despite showing Adam what he was missing with a raunchy photoshoot with Megan Barton Hanson, Rosie was dumped from the villa on day 20.“I applied for the show at the end of April and within 24 hours the producers were on the phone to me, telling me that they were interested in my application. I immediately thought of previous holidays I’d been on where I’d found shaving every day really annoying. I knew I didn’t want that to happen while I was on the show.
I was constantly visiting the Manchester’s shopping centres and doing multiple clothes orders each week to find the perfect bikinis and outfits for the show. I have a whole collection of pictures on my phone of mirror selfies I’d taken while asking my sister for her opinion. It was hard to hide from my friends, however, and I withdrew from social situations. I thought it was best not to speak to anybody for four weeks because that way people couldn’t ask me why I was rushing around or why I’d left my job!
