2024 presidential candidate Nikki Haley said that Arab countries should step up and offer aid to Palestinians attempting to evacuate from the Gaza Strip as the war in Israel continues.

Hamas, a Palestinian militant group named a terrorist organization by the U.S., attacked Israel early on Oct. 7 in the largest assault on Jewish people since the Holocaust. So far, the death toll is over 1,300 Israelis and more than 2,200 on the Gaza side. "The Arab countries aren't doing anything to help the Palestinians because they don't trust who is right, who is good, who is evil, and they don't want it in their country," Haley said."So, they're gonna come and blame America, they're gonna going to come and blame Israel, and don't fall for it — because they have the ability to fix all of this if they wanted to.
