Four French nationals were killed in the attacks by Hamas in Israel, and 13 remain unaccounted for, authorities said. “We send our condolences to their loved ones and we are in contact with the families and the Israeli authorities to provide them with all our support in this ordeal,” France’s Foreign Ministry said.
French authorities had already announced the death of two French nationals on Monday. One of the new victims is a “person rather young,” French lawmaker Meyer Habib said Tuesday, speaking on the radio. The French nationals still missing, including a 12-year-old boy, have likely been killed or kidnapped, he added.
