“Nos preocupa que una interpretación muy estrecha de lo que constituye genocidio conduzca a una cultura de impunidad en la que se minimiza la protección de los civiles”, dijo en un comunicado el viceprimer ministro y ministro de Asuntos Exteriores de Irlanda, Micheal Martin.
En Ciudad de Gaza, al menos 17 personas, incluyendo seis mujeres y cinco niños, murieron en tres ataques aéreos que golpearon casas que albergaban a personas desplazadas, según el Hospital Bautista Al-Ahli. Otro ataque aéreo israelí mató a un periodista palestino que trabajaba para Al Jazeera, Ahmed al-Lawh, en el centro de Gaza, según un hospital y la estación de televisión con sede en Qatar.
