Police say a mass shooting early Sunday morning in Pennsylvania left one dead and five injured.
Sun, October 8th 2023, 2:26 PM UTCINDIANA COUNTY, Pa. —Troopers and other responders were called to the Chevy Chase Community Center around 12:30 a.m. for reports of a shooting.
When troopers arrived on scene, they, police and first responders rendered aid to several gunshot victims. They say at least six people were shot including an individual who was pronounced dead at the scene. The victims were taken to Indiana Regional Medical Center and troopers say at least two are believed to be in serious condition.
State police say the shooting reportedly happened at a private party being held at the Chevy Chase Community Center.
