Palestinian officials said that the hospital housed hundreds of patients as well as wounded and forcibly displaced people from their homes due to the airstrikes. Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Daniel Hagari said the IDF was looking into the reported strike on the al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.
Mr Hagari said that since the strike is fairly recent, the IDF is still unclear whether the hospital was hit by an Israeli air force strike or a failed Hamas launch.Read More
