A dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeks a strong technical ISP Junior Systems Administrator whose core role will be responsible for installing, maintaining and managing its ISP server/cloud services including web, mail and radius servers. This will also include replication, backups and security related to these servers and services.
Support knowledge .Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Experience within a Helpdesk environment and Helpdesk software. e.g. OTRS/Heat/Zendesk or other equivalent project/issue tracking systems.
