Montgomery, Alabama
Wednesday morning was mainly dry with a partly to mostly cloudy sky. However, isolated showers and storms form Wednesday afternoon. In fact, a few showers and storms were already drifting north across southern Covington county near the Florida state line at 1PM Wednesday.
Many locations likely stay rain-free. In those spots, the sky remains partly cloudy with high temperatures in the mid 80s. Rain fades away Wednesday night. Another round of storms arrives Thursday evening. Much of the day looks partly to mostly cloudy, dry, and warm with highs in the mid to upper 80s. A few storms may be strong to severe across our northwest communities. However, the severe risk looks very low. Although, a strong wind gust or small hail may occur. Storms likely weaken as they move southeast through our area. Friday morning could be mainly dry, but storms become scattered about during the afternoon. It looks like most of the rain fades away Friday night. However, showers and storms also look fairly likely on Saturday. Sunday looks dry at last, with sunshine and perhaps slightly cooler weather. Much of next week’s weather could be mainly dry and warm, with high temperatures in the mid 80s.
