PETALING JAYA: Foreign diplomats based here and those under Malaysia My Second Home programme (MM2H) can return to the country.
Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said exceptions were made for only these two categories.
“For example, if a student needs to travel to his university abroad to sit for an exam, that is allowed, ” the minister said. He also announced that he would only conduct MCO press briefings three times a week – on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said in a tweet yesterday that his briefings would also be held on the same three days.
