Is Queen Elizabeth Playing Favorites With Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle?
Meghan Markle, but on occasion there's talk ofbecause she bestowed a particular honor unto Kate , but is yet to give it to Meghan. Despite the fact that it seems as though the queen has taken to Meghan, the duchess still does not have an honorary military appointment, which is given to most royals. The queen, Princess Anne, Princess Diana, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Kate Middleton all have such titles, with Kate's being Honorary Air Commandant of the RAF Air Cadets.
The Air Cadets helps train 12-20 year olds in flying, as well as outdoors and leadership skills -- so it's easy to see why Kate, who's passionate about young people, would hold such a position. According to 'The Express' the reason Meghan doesn't hold the title may be because she simply hasn't expressed interest in having a military role.

That band turned out great. They’re called Crosby, Stills and Nash now.” Asked what he hoped would be his greatest legacy as a musician, Best responded that he expected future generations would always remember him as the sixth Temptation.
