He revealed he never had a “wild” health scare like that before, and confessed that it was because he was overheated and had a lot of adrenaline in him. “It was bad,” he recalled. “It was crazy.” As for how long it took to put on the prosthetics, Powell said that they perfected the process to wind it down to an hour. “We timed every day,” he said. “We got faster and faster, faster.”actor wants to wear his prosthetics and makeup in the real world. “This is probably the first couple of weeks where I’m not working, and it’s the first time I’ve kind of exposed my face to real air,” he told. “I think after these last couple of weeks I will call Kevin and Alexei , my makeup and prosthetics people, and just see if I can borrow Chad for a little bit”as unrecognizable as possible.
