This Porsche 911 Turbo now displaces 4.2-liters from its reworked twin-turbocharged six-cylinder

The Porsche 911 Turbo is one of the most accelerative production cars on the planet and in Turbo S guise, can run down the quarter-mile in around 9.9 seconds. While quick, that’s nowhere near as quick as a KTM MotoGP bike or a Red Bull RB8

Eager to try and find a 911 Turbo that could keep up with these two race-bred machines, CarWow got its hands on a heavily modified Turbo from ES Motor. The engine of this car has been fully built and in addition to sporting a host of new components, including aftermarket turbochargers, the displacement has been increased from 3.8 to 4.2 liters. This should do the trick, shouldn’t it?means it churns out 1,400 hp at the wheels.

A race was then held between the Porsche and the F1 car. The 911 got the better launch and maintained a lead for much of the quarter-mile. However, the F1 car was able to take a narrow victory. A look at the times revealsneeded 8.6 seconds for the quarter-mile, the F1 car recorded a time of 9.3 seconds, and the best time achieved in the Porsche was 9.6 seconds.

Some rolling races were also held but to find out the results of that, you’ll have to watch the video below.
