Andy Farrell has laughed off his counterpart Rassie Erasmus' antics ahead of the enticing Test showdown between Ireland and the Springboks.
Andy Farrell says he found it “hilarious” when Rassie Erasmus tried to predict Ireland’s lineup for the first Test against the Springboks in Pretoria on Saturday.A couple of days later, Farrell — speaking at his official team announcement press conference — laughed off Erasmus’ cheeky prediction.“It’s hilarious. Why not? Why not? I don’t think anything of it. I think it was interesting, there were a few spelling mistakes, a few weights that were wrong.
“They won’t have played in the kind of atmosphere where South Africans come together. That’s perfect for Ireland. “And you can’t get to challenge or test yourself in these extreme ways unless you get the perfect opportunity.
