An irate driver slugged and choked an elderly MTA bus driver in a road-rage attack in Brooklyn Tuesday morning, according to police and transit officials.
Legall started arguing with the bus driver then punched him and wrapped his hands around his neck – causing jaw and neck injuries, according to the NYPD and MTA.Shevaughn Legall, 25, attacked the 68-year-old bus driver after a collision at Halsey Street near Lewis Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, cops said.Legall was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree assault, strangulation and criminal obstruction of breathing, police said.
