Groom Revan says he blames the hall manager for the disaster, which killed more than 100 people and injured at least 150, but says he does not think fireworks were to blame for the fatal blaze.
Revan says he lost 15 members of his family in the fire, while he says his bride"can't speak" after the loss of 10 of her relatives, including her mother and brother. Her father is also in a critical condition.
While initial reports suggested fireworks lit for the couple's slow dance were to blame for the blaze, Revan says he believes the fire somehow started in the ceiling. "I grabbed my wife and I began to drag her. I kept dragging her and trying to get her out of the kitchen entrance. As people were fleeing, people were trampling on her. Her legs are injured."
He says his family had previously declined the fireworks, which he says the hall organisers had mentioned could be added into the celebration at an extra cost.
