DUBAI - Despite having nuclear technology, Iran has never pursued building or using nuclear weapons, which its religion forbids, the country’s highest political authority, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said on Wednesday. “Building and stockpiling nuclear bombs is wrong and using it is haram ...
