Hundreds of U.S. troops have been injured. Here’s the latest from Saturday: An Iranian missile attack Friday left at least 15 American service members wounded at Prince Sultan Air Base, U.S. officials told The Associated Press. Five of the troops were seriously wounded, one of the officials said. Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive military matters. Iran quickly threatened to retaliate.
