Iowans ate breakfast and talked politics at a local diner on Monday in Des Moines as the state prepares to host the first presidential nominating contest to help choose which Democratic candidate should take on President Donald Trump.
At a press conference led by Donald Trump Jr., a protester interrupted, shouting that President Trump is prompting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and encouraging people who harm Jews. Rep. Steve Scalise began chanting "four more years" to drown him out. Security removed the protester as he continued to shout.
Don Jr then used the occasion to plug his book, saying it was people like that who prompted him to writeRep.
