For fans of Prime Video's Steven Yeun & J.K. Simmons-starring animated adaptation of Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker & Ryan Ottley's Invincible, this past weekend's New York Comic Con was a double-shot of good news. Along with the release of an official trailer that left folks wondering if Mark was destined to follow in his dad Omni-Man's footsteps, Kirkman also shared the good news that work was already underway on the third season.
' The 'Invincible' Universe Is About to Grow – Literally: 'Season 2 overall represents an opening of the universe, an expansion of the universe. There were hints of things that are going on in season 1, and we're actually going to get to see those things. The Coalition of Planets was mentioned in season 1. The Coalition of Planets is something that we're actually going to see in season 2. And there's larger things on Earth.
